Our carrier for this insurance is Lloyd's of London. For over 20 years, Pro Financial Services, LLC has been an American Correspondent for Lloyd's of London. Lloyd's of London is among the world's largest underwriters of high-risk, high-limit disability insurance.
The Part I, Part IIA and Confidential Financial Supplement must be completed by the applicant. Upon receipt of these documents, PFS will contact a paramedical service company, who will in turn contact the applicant to schedule a convenient exam time to complete the Part II. At the time of the exam, the paramedic will ask the applicant to fill out the HIV Consent Form. If you would prefer to schedule the exam yourself, we ask that you notify us.
