The law requires that an agent, broker or agency must be currently
licensed and appointed in the home state (state of agent residence)
as well as the state where the policy will be finalized. PFS complies
with all licensing rules, regulations and laws of each individual
U.S. state.
PFS verifies proof of compliance in all
phases of underwriting from indication to policy issuance. Without
the appropriate licensing and appointments, you may experience untimely
delays in receiving indications and placing your clients on risk.
Although we are always willing to work with our agents and brokers,
we must comply with these licensing and appointment rules, regulations
and laws.
To obtain the required forms, please feel
free to contact us at 1-800-832-8000 or e-mail
us.
